Job Summary
The Developer Relations team at Roblox is hiring for a Developer Engagement team member on the events team. You will report to the Senior Program Manager which falls under the International Community Team. Were looking for someone who is passionate about Roblox and Developer events.
This is a remote 12-month part-time contract position in the US.
You will:
- Develop an understanding of Roblox moderation rules and guidelines
- Act as a liaison between roblox and the developer community for event outreach.
- Work on upcoming event initiatives and projects.
- Celebrate support and engage with upcoming and current international developers on the platform
- Plan and execute online and in person community events workshops and initiatives that inspire and connect developers
You have:
- Great understanding of Roblox and the Roblox community
- Good standing regarding Roblox moderation history
- Excellent speaking and writing skills
- Belief that helping the community is crucial to the success of the company
- Availability to support and attend online and offline community events

- Motivated to help empower and encourage our developer community
- Team-focused and experienced in cross-team collaboration
- Knowledgeable with an understanding of community processes methodologies and best practices
