About The Role
Our Account Support Team is central to delivering a responsive compliant and customer-focused service - balancing dealer growth with strong risk management and accurate processing.
As an Account Support Team Leader you will manage and develop a team of Account Support Executives whilst also owning relationships with a portfolio of dealers. You will drive team performance ensure operational excellence and work closely with Sales Risk and Credit teams to support dealer growth.
What Youll Be Doing
- Lead coach and develop the Account Support Executive team.
- Run regular 1-2-1s and performance reviews.
- Improve call quality sales conversations and customer relationships.
- Monitor KPIs and quickly address underperformance.
- Drive utilisation credit line increases and new applications.
- Manage inbound/outbound calls and your own dealer portfolio.
- Collaborate with Sales Credit Risk and Customer Service teams.
- Support Heads of Sales and the Sales Director with reporting data and admin.
- Ensure accurate use of Salesforce and internal systems.
- Identify risks and improve processes.
What Were Looking For
- Experience of leading mentoring/coaching and motivating a team within the automotive or vehicle finance sector or a telesales environment would be advantageous. However we are equally interested in candidates from other fast paced target-driven environments.
- Confident communicator with excellent listening and written skills.
- Sales-driven mindset with experience of working to targets.
- IT proficient (Microsoft Office & Outlook); Salesforce knowledge desirable.
