Hybrid - working from our office at Chester Business Park 3 days per week (Tues Weds and Thurs)

About The Role

Our Account Support Team is central to delivering a responsive compliant and customer-focused service - balancing dealer growth with strong risk management and accurate processing.

As an Account Support Team Leader you will manage and develop a team of Account Support Executives whilst also owning relationships with a portfolio of dealers. You will drive team performance ensure operational excellence and work closely with Sales Risk and Credit teams to support dealer growth.

What Youll Be Doing

  • Lead coach and develop the Account Support Executive team.
  • Run regular 1-2-1s and performance reviews.
  • Improve call quality sales conversations and customer relationships.
  • Monitor KPIs and quickly address underperformance.
  • Drive utilisation credit line increases and new applications.
  • Manage inbound/outbound calls and your own dealer portfolio.
  • Collaborate with Sales Credit Risk and Customer Service teams.
  • Support Heads of Sales and the Sales Director with reporting data and admin.
  • Ensure accurate use of Salesforce and internal systems.
  • Identify risks and improve processes.

What Were Looking For

  • Experience of leading mentoring/coaching and motivating a team within the automotive or vehicle finance sector or a telesales environment would be an advantage. However we are equally interested in candidates from other fast paced target-driven environments.
  • Confident communicator with excellent listening and written skills.
  • Sales-driven mindset with experience of working to targets.
  • IT proficient (Microsoft Office & Outlook); Salesforce knowledge desirable.
