What we are hiring for:
We are currently hiring a regular full-time Manager of Quality Enhancement for our Administration Office program in Petrolia Ontario.
The Quality Enhancement Manager plans coordinates and leads quality enhancement for LCDS; they act as a resource to all people receiving services and their families support teams and the leadership team in any way that will enhance services to people supported by LCDS. The Quality Enhancement Manager also oversees the Rights Review and Life Plan processes and manages accreditation and compliance reviews.
What you will need:
- 5 to 7 years of experience in Developmental Services or related sector
- Evidence of progressive growth in leadership roles
- Knowledge and understanding of Quality Assurance Measures legislation
- Intermediate computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Suite and experience using Excel for statistical analysis and data presentation
- Post-graduate education or training related to Leadership an asset
Compensation and scheduling:
- $37.50 - $38.57 per hour based on experience
- Regular Full-time 40 hours per week including days afternoons weekends or nights
