Job Summary
Number of beds in your facility 30 beds 4 ICU bedsYears of experience required 3 plus years in critical careEMR for your facility: MedhostScrub colors / dress code: GreenDay shift 7am to 7:30pm 1/2 hour lunch Under the leadership of the Unit Manager Nursing Supervisor and/or Charge Nurse is responsible and accountable for planning directing assessing and providing nursing care according to the mission philosophy policy and procedures of Barstow Community Hospital. Important dimensions of this position consist of demonstrating and communicating exceptional knowledge and skill through a high sense of responsibility for his/her practice. The nurse is effective as a role model/leader educator and provides support in the mentoring and retention of nurses.
