Job Summary
Park Nicollet is looking to hire a Senior Revenue Accountant to join our team!Come join us as a Partner for Good and help us make an impact on the care and experience that our patients and their families receive every day.
Position Summary:
Provides various accounting functions specializing in revenue recognition of patient accounts to accurately report monthly quarterly and annual financial information.
Required Qualifications:
Education Experience or Equivalent Combination:
- A four-year college degree in Accounting or Finance
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Attention to detail and accuracy is required.
- Proven proficiency in the operation of the following office equipment: telephone calculator photocopier fax machine and printer.
- Personal computer software utilizing spreadsheets (Excel) word processing applications database (Access) and Microsoft Office skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Education Experience or Equivalent Combination:
- Three to five years of related experience
- Work experience in the health care field
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to effectively research and resolve a wide variety of problems.
- Must be able to work independently and meet deadlines.
