The Corporate Risk and Broking Technology (CRB Technology) team delivers technology and data capabilities that support the Corporate Risk & Broking business. The team designs builds and maintains digital platforms that enable broking servicing client and carrier interactions and risk modelling. Our work focuses on digitizing business processes capturing and analyzing risk data improving operational efficiency and supporting growth through scalable integrated technology solutions developed in close partnership with business stakeholders.
Role:
Geospatial Platform Management:
- OverseeGISplatforms(ESRIQGIS)ensuringperformancesecurityandscalability.
- Maintainspatialdatagovernanceandinteroperabilitystandards.
Analytics&PowerPlatformDevelopment:
- Operationally supportdashboardsreportsanddatamodelsusingPowerBI.
- MaintainPowerAppsandPowerAutomateflowsforworkflow automation.
- Integrategeospatialdatawithanalyticsplatformsforadvancedinsights.
DataStrategy&Governance:
- Ensuredataqualitycomplianceandalignmentwithenterprisearchitecture.
- Collaboratewithdataengineeringteamstooptimizedatapipelines.
Innovation&ContinuousImprovement:
- IdentifyemergingGISandanalyticstechnologiestodriveinnovation.
- Promoteautomationandself-serviceanalyticsacrosstheorganization.
StakeholderEngagement&Training:
- Partnerwithbusinessunitstodelivertailoredsolutions.
- ProvidetrainingandsupportforGIStoolsandPowerPlatformapplications.
Requirements:
10 years of expertiseinGIStechnologies(ESRIQGIS)andspatialdatamanagement
ProficiencyinPowerBIPowerAppsandPowerAutomatedevelopment.
StrongunderstandingofdatamodelingETLprocessesandAPIintegrations.
Experiencewithcloudplatforms(Azurepreferred)andsecuritybestpractices.
Excellentcommunicationstakeholdermanagementandprojectdeliveryskills.

Bachelors degree in Information Technology or any related field.
