As a Spa & Recreation Hostess you will be the first point of contact for guests and members creating a welcoming and serene atmosphere while ensuring smooth daily operations of the spa and gym reception. You will play a key role in enhancing guest satisfaction promoting premium services and products and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.
Specifically you will be responsible for:
Delivering a warm professional and personalized welcome to all guests and members
Managing bookings appointments memberships payments and consultation records with accuracy and discretion
Providing detailed information about spa treatments wellness programs fitness facilities and luxury products
Handling guest feedback with empathy and professionalism escalating compliments or concerns to ensure continuous service excellence
Promoting and up-selling spa treatments wellness packages memberships and retail products in line with current promotions and incentives
Ensuring cash handling and transaction procedures are followed in line with company standards
Coordinating effectively with therapists trainers management and other departments to deliver seamless guest experiences
Maintaining a calm elegant and organized reception area at all times
Reporting accidents maintenance issues or guest incidents promptly and accurately
Ensuring full compliance with health safety and hygiene regulations
Representing the spa and fitness brand image through immaculate grooming professional communication and exceptional service etiquette
