Job Summary
Join our Cell Therapy Analytical Development team where we develop and deliver robust technologically advanced biological assays to progress cell therapy products from research to commercial stages. Our team supports the end-to-end biological and bioanalytical characterization of cell therapy products enabling manufacturing processes formulation drug product development and regulatory filings from IND to BLA and beyond. We collaborate closely with analytical quality and several cross-functional teams including clinical regulatory QA and manufacturing.
Accountabilities
Develop robustfunctional characterization and molecular analytical methods including method qualification and transfer.
Make detailed observations analyze data interpret results and exerciseappropriate technicaldiscretion in the design execution and interpretation of experiments independently.
Carry out sample testing to enable process and product development.
Author/reviewtechnical reports protocols and technical summaries for presentation.
Present and discuss experimental results at group/project team meetings.
Workin a team-based structure and interface with research and process development departments.
Essential Skills/Experience
Bachelors degree in Immunology Cell Biology Biological Sciences Biotechnology or related field with3years of relevant experience or aMastersdegree in Immunology Cell Biology Biological Sciences Biotechnology or related field with1 years of relevant experience.
Biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry experience working with CAR-T and cell therapy is.
Highly proficient with basic immunology techniques isand must have extensive experience in cell-based bioassays.
Experience in ELISAs or similar technology platforms for cytokine production.
Exhibit excellent written and oral communication skills.
Good timemanagement and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks from multiple projects to meet timelines.
Desirable Skills/Experience
Experience in multi-color flow cytometryis a plus.
Experience with molecularbiologytechniques qPCRddPCR NGSis a plus.
Experience qualifying and transferring cell and gene therapy analytical methods is a plus.
The annual base salary for this position ranges from$82463.20 - $123694.80. However base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including market location job-related experience. If hired employee will be in an at-will position and we reserve the right to modify base salary (and any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time including for reasons related to individual performance Company or individual department/team performance and market factors.
