Job Summary

Location: Centreville VA 20120
Duration: 15 Weeks (Contract)
Schedule: MondayFriday 7:00 AM 2:45 PM
Pay Rate: $23$25 per hour
Position Overview
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to provide support to students in an elementary school setting. This role involves assisting with daily care needs encouraging independence and helping maintain a safe inclusive and supportive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist students with activities of daily living (ADLs) including mobility feeding and personal hygiene
Provide classroom support during instructional activities and transitions
Assist with behavior support and supervision as needed
Monitor student safety and overall well-being throughout the school day
Collaborate with teachers therapists and other school staff
Follow individualized education and care plans to ensure appropriate support
Qualifications
Prior experience working with children or in a caregiving role preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate patient-centered approach to care
Ability to work effectively in a structured school environment
