Job Summary
Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) powers Oracles global cloud services through highly available large-scale enterprise-grade data center environments. The Data Center Infrastructure Operations / Facilities team plays a critical role in sustaining OCIs performance security and operational resilience by ensuring infrastructure systems operate reliably at scale.

Role Overview
As a Property Manager you will own end-to-end management of OCI property assets supporting mission-critical operations. This role ensures building services vendors compliance and tenant relationships operate to the standards required for high-uptime environments.
Key Responsibilities
Own lease administration budgeting vendor contracts and operational service delivery for assigned properties or campuses.
Lead capital planning and execution support for upgrades compliance projects and lifecycle improvements.
Manage performance of service providers; enforce SLAs safety requirements and compliance documentation.
Maintain readiness for audits/inspections and ensure safety security and emergency preparedness plans are in place and practiced.
Provide regular reporting forecasting and issue escalation to site and regional stakeholders.
Coordinate with engineering and facilities teams to ensure property decisions support uptime access control and operational constraints.
Responsibilities

Strong property management experience (Class A commercial or mission-critical preferred).

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $109200 to $223400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge skills experience market conditions and locations as well as reflect Oracles differing products industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
