The role will report to the Group Chief Partnership Distribution Officer leading and driving the Group Partnership Distribution digital data and platform agenda across all markets. This is one of the key strategic initiatives of Prudential plc aimed at transforming partnership distribution through scalable digital capabilities datadriven insights and seamless partner experiences.

This position can be based in Hong Kong or Singapore.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Digital Data & Platform Strategy & Business Governance

  • Lead & execute the businessdriven strategy and multiyear roadmap for digital data and platform capabilities that enable Partnership Distribution growth customer value and partner engagement.
  • Own business governance over digital investments value realisation and prioritisation; ensure deep alignment with Group Technologys architecture and delivery frameworks.
  • Serve as the senior business sponsor shaping platform vision commercial outcomes business requirements and experience standards across markets.

2. Business Ownership & Market Enablement

  • Act as the Business Owner of the PruPartnership defining business objectives capability needs customer/partner journeys and distribution use cases.
  • Serve as the primary business counterpart to the Partnership Technology Product Head ensuring seamless alignment on solution design delivery timelines technical considerations and risk management.
  • Lead market rollout and platform adoption across LBUs ensuring change readiness business process integration training and commercial performance tracking.

3. Data Enablement Business Innovation & Value Creation

  • Shape the business vision for datadriven distribution including customer profiling partner analytics advisor enablement and digital engagement insights.
  • Identify opportunities to drive digital value online channel growth and enhanced partner/customer journeys by leveraging digital data and platform capabilities.

Key Requirements:

  • 15 years in digital transformation platform strategy distribution enablement or datadriven business leadership with 8 years in insurance bancassurance or fintech.
  • Proven track record in leading enterprisescale digital platforms or multimarket programs from the business side with ownership of business outcomes and adoption.
  • Strong understanding of life insurance distribution bancassurance journeys and customer/partner digital engagement models.
  • Effective working knowledge of platform architecture APIs analytics data governance and agile delivery enabling strong partnership with Technology.
  • Demonstrated experience applying Digital Data & AI capabilities to commercial use cases
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills capable of aligning senior leaders across Group LBUs and external partners around shared digital outcomes
  • Commercially oriented customercentric and insightdriven business leader with a strong sense of strategic and operational ownership
