Job Summary
Intecfy is recruiting a Senior Frontend / React Developer - Freelance - for our client based in The Netherlands a product focused company building modern web applications that help users manage day to day digital workflows with fast clean and reliable interfaces. The team ships frequently and is expanding to support new features improve performance and scale the platform.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain web interfaces using React and TypeScript
- Translate UI designs into reusable components with consistent styling and responsiveness
- Integrate and consume REST APIs manage client side state and data flows
- Optimize performance accessibility and cross browser compatibility
- Apply best practices write clean maintainable code and contribute through unit tests and code reviews
- Contribute to an established Agile process participating in daily stand ups sprint planning and retrospectives
- Investigate and resolve production issues in collaboration with product and support teams when needed
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years experience as a Frontend Developer
- Minimum 3 years of hands on React experience in production environments
- Strong knowledge of TypeScript modern JavaScript and component based architecture
- Solid CSS skills and experience with scalable styling approaches and UI component libraries
- Proven experience consuming JSON REST APIs and managing state in React applications
- Independent proactive work style with clear communication skills suitable for remote collaboration
- Located in Europe and ready to work as a freelance
- Great communication skills in English minimum B2 level is required
- Willingness to travel 2 to 3 times per year to the clients offices in the Netherlands (expenses covered by the client)
- Nice to have but not required: accessibility standards (WCAG) performance optimisation (Core Web Vitals) Docker
