We are currently seeking aQuality Manager Representativeto support operations inRockledge FL.This is afull-time CONUSposition requiring an activeDoDSecretclearance.

Thisposition may besubject to theService Contract Labor StandardsAct(SCLS)/Service Contract Act (SCA).

WhatYoullDo

As aQuality Manager Representativeyou will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity compliance and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) that supports U.S. government missions overseas and the Cambridge corporate office. You will:

• Lead and manage the Task Order (T/O) Quality Management System (QMS) ensuring full compliance with ISO 9001 standards and contractual requirements.

• Monitor T/O performance compliance and quality trends providing analysis and recommendations to leadership.

• Partner with the Program Management Office (PMO) to support and enhance quality-related initiatives and oversight activities.

• Plan conduct and document internal audits to assess process effectiveness and adherence toestablishedstandards.

• Drive continuous improvement efforts byidentifyinggaps implementing corrective actions and strengthening operational processes.

• Ensure the accuracy consistency and timeliness of all quality and process documentation.

• Ownmaintain and execute the Task Order Quality Management Plan (QMP).

WhatYoullBring

Required Qualifications:

• Education & Experience:

  • HS Diploma or GED with 6years of experience in Quality Assurance and oversight

• Certifications:

  • Must have a current and activeDoDSecretsecurity clearance.
  • Current ISO 9001 Lead Auditor and American Society for Quality (ASQ) Certified Quality Auditor (CQA)

  • Proficient in English verbal and written

  • Proficient with modern IT tools and infrastructure technologies

Travel & Passport

• Both CONUS and OCONUSmay berequired;some overnight stays possible.

• Must have an activepassportto supportOCONUS travel and/or living requirements.

Work Environment

• Compliance with vaccination and medical requirements for TDY/OCONUS roles as perVaccine Recommendations by AOR .

Office setting:

• Primarily an office-based role inRockledge FL

• Standard desk/computer work with flexibility for walking and movement on site

• Mustbe able to work in an office environment sitting at a desk looking at a computerformost ofthe workday.

• Work is physically comfortable; the employee has discretion about sitting walking standing etc.

• May berequiredto travel short distances to offices/conference rooms and buildings on site.
