UCHealth Medical Group and the Womens Care Clinic in Longmont Colorado are seeking an experienced board-certified OB/GYN Nocturnist to join our collaborative patient-focused team at UCHealth Longs Peak Hospital. This is a unique opportunity for physicians who are passionate about high-quality inpatient obstetric care prefer night-focused schedules and want to be part of a supportive and modern hospital environment serving Longmont and surrounding Description:The OB/GYN Nocturnist at UCHealth Longs Peak Hospital will: Provide comprehensive inpatient obstetric care overnight including labor management deliveries postpartum care and gynecologic consults for acute issues during nocturnist urgent assessments and interventions for obstetric and gynecologic patients closely with a supportive collegial team of 8 OB/GYN physicians and 4 advanced practice providers (APPs).Provide backup coverage and support for complex cases with multispecialty teams effectively with day teams to ensure smooth handoffs and continuity of within a fully integrated Epic EMR environment documenting all patient interactions procedures and in quality improvement initiatives and safety protocols in the OB a flexible schedule of 612 nocturnist shifts per month to maintain sustainable work-life contribute to a culture of high-quality patient-centered care that aligns with UCHealths mission to improve emergency obstetric situations including rapid response for maternal or fetal the training and mentoring of residents or APPs if applicable during nocturnist in hospital committee work or overnight process improvements as sponsorship not available (No J-1 or H-1B visas accepted)Not accepting Locums candidatesCompensation and Benefits: Annual salary range: $291000 $324000 (full-time)Potential quality and/or productivity bonusesRelocation assistance may be offeredPaid malpractice insuranceGenerous CME allowance403(b) with employer match; 457(b) optionalComprehensive health vision dental and life insuranceDisability coverage for eligible dependentsWellness and voluntary benefits: FSA HSA pet insurance identity theft protection employee discountsPaid family and medical leave (inclusive of Colorado FAMLI)Contractual time off based on FTE statusCertification RequirementsBoard CertifiedState License RequirementsColoradoAdditional License RequirementsMalpractice coverage provided; CME allowance included
