Position Summary
We are seeking a caring and dependable Infant Teacher who is passionate about nurturing babies during their most important developmental stage. The ideal candidate will provide responsive care support early development and create a calm engaging environment for infants.
Key Responsibilities
Provide attentive responsive care including feeding diapering and soothing
Foster secure attachments through nurturing interactions
Support sensory exploration and early developmental milestones
Maintain a clean safe and organized classroom environment
Follow daily routines and communicate with families about their childs day
Ensure compliance with health safety and licensing regulations
Collaborate with team members to support a positive classroom environment
Qualifications
Experience caring for infants in a childcare or home setting preferred
Understanding of infant development and responsive care-giving
Patient nurturing and dependable personality
Ability to lift and carry infants and remain active throughout the day
CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
Ability to pass a background check and meet state childcare requirements
