We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Manager to lead our SEC reporting technical accounting EMEA statutory reporting fixed asset accounting and stock administration functions. This role is critical in ensuring full compliance with U.S. GAAP local statutory requirements and SEC regulations while driving operational excellence scalability and accuracy across global financial reporting.
This position requires a handson leader with exceptional technical expertise strong business acumen and the ability to partner effectively with executive leadership crossfunctional teams and external auditors. What you will do
SEC Reporting & Technical Accounting
- Lead the endtoend preparation review and filing of all SEC reports including Forms 10Q 10K 8K earnings releases and related disclosuresensuring accuracy completeness and compliance with SEC and U.S. GAAP requirements.
- Draft and review technical accounting memos for complex and nonroutine transactions (e.g. revenue arrangements equity transactions business combinations impairments).
- Monitor emerging accounting and SEC developments; assess and communicate potential impacts to senior leadership.
- Oversee SOX compliance for relevant processes ensuring strong internal controls and timely remediation of deficiencies.
- Support Audit Committee deliverables Investor Relations and quarterly earnings processes.
- Serve as a primary liaison with external auditors managing quarterly reviews and annual audits.
Fixed Asset Accounting
- Own global fixed asset accounting policies including capitalization criteria impairment assessments and depreciation methodologies.
- Maintain complete and accurate fixed asset registers across R&D manufacturing lab infrastructure and tooling.
- Partner with Procurement Operations and FP&A to strengthen asset tracking tagging and reconciliation processes.
- Lead monthly close activities including journal entries reconciliations and variance analysis for fixed assetrelated accounts.
EMEA Statutory Reporting
- Oversee timely and accurate statutory reporting for all EMEA legal entities ensuring compliance with local GAAP and regulatory deadlines.
- Coordinate statutory audits working closely with local advisors and internal teams to ensure audit readiness and efficient execution.
- Partner with regional finance teams to streamline reporting processes and ensure alignment between U.S. GAAP and local statutory requirements.
Stock Administration
- Oversee accounting and reporting for global equity compensation programs including RSUs ESPP and performancebased awards.
- Ensure accurate valuation expense recognition and disclosure of equityrelated activity in accordance with ASC 718.
- Partner with HR Legal and Finance to maintain scalable processes strong controls and accurate employee equity data.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead mentor and develop a highperforming team across reporting and accounting functions.
- Build strong crossfunctional relationships with FP&A Legal HR Operations and regional finance teams.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reporting quality accelerate close timelines and strengthen internal controls.
- Champion process automation and system optimization to support a scalable global finance organization.
Who you are and What you bring
- CPA required; Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance (Masters preferred).
- 8 years of progressive experience in SEC reporting and technical accounting within public companies; Big 4 experience strongly preferred.
- Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP SEC regulations and internal control frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams manage complex projects and operate effectively in a fastpaced highgrowth environment.
- Experience with ERP systems (Oracle Fusion preferred) SEC filing tools (Workiva) and equity administration platforms (E*TRADE or similar).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to senior leadership and external stakeholders.
The base pay range for this position is $145000 to $199800 per year. This salary range may be modified in the future. The successful candidate starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills experience education or training work location and market conditions. This position is also eligible for bonus equity and benefits.
