Highlights of your role
- Supervise coordinate and assign work to production team members to meet safety quality and production goals
- Coach mentor and develop employees by providing performance feedback supporting career development and enforcing policies
- Review product quality and ensure machines are correctly set up quickly addressing any issues
- Identifyopportunities to increase efficiency through production methods equipment performance and working conditions
- Maintainaccuratetime attendance and production records collaborating with other supervisors to coordinate work across departments
- Troubleshoot production challenges and support employees in solving problems
Youre a good fit if you have (or if you can)
- AnAssociates Degreeor equivalent experience in manufacturing team leadership
- Basic computer skills and comfort using common production support tools
- Ability to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced production environment
- A commitment to motivating teams and supporting continuous improvement
Also want to make sure you have
- Experience supervising production teams
- Ability to read production-related instructions including safety rules operating guides and procedure manuals
- Strong communication coaching and teamwork skills
- Ability to analyze problems make decisions and guide others through changes
