Job Summary

Design develop customize and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions (Sales Customer Service Finance Supply Chain or Power Platformbased apps).
Implement and extend Copilot experiences within Dynamics and Power Platform to enhance user productivity and decision-making.
Develop plugins workflows Power Automate flows and custom integrations using Dataverse Azure services and REST APIs.
Customize UI/UX using JavaScript Power Fx and model-driven or canvas apps.
Integrate Dynamics with Microsoft 365 Azure services and third-party systems.
Collaborate with functional consultants architects and business stakeholders to refine requirements and solution designs.
Ensure solutions follow Microsoft best practices for security performance and maintainability.
Participate in code reviews testing deployment and production support.
Contribute to documentation and knowledge transfer for global delivery teams.
Required Qulaifications

5 years of experience developing solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Strong experience with Power Platform (Power Apps Power Automate Dataverse).
Practical experience configuring or extending Microsoft Copilot (Dynamics Copilot Copilot Studio or AI-powered features in Power Platform).

Proficiency in:
C# .NET
JavaScript / TypeScript
Power Fx
Experience with Azure (Logic Apps Functions Service Bus API Management).
Strong understanding of enterprise CRM/ERP business processes.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with global stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications
Microsoft certifications (Dynamics 365 Power Platform or Azure).
Experience with Copilot Studio prompt engineering or AI Builder.
Exposure to data analytics reporting or AI-driven insights within Dynamics.
Experience supporting large-scale multi-region enterprise deployments.
