About the Position:

Department: Sales
Reports to: Regional Sales Manager
Supervises: N/A

Purpose:

Provides regional support to the Sales Department by completing necessary documentation reports and maintains department records.

Responsibilities:

Upload/File documents throughout sales process

Prepare JDF Contracts using monthly programs from Gooseneck & John Deere

Verify taxes on each sales deal

Manage Order to Cash (OTC) process for each Sales Representative

Verify all applicable incentives are taken on new equipment sales

Prepare documents for licensing & titling

Assist sales representative from the region of responsibility with quotes agreements bank contracts leases etc.

Review all documents & verify signatures before sending deal to accounting department for filing and reporting

Perform lien searches & payoff quotes as required

Prepare titling paperwork for ATVs and UTVs

Occassional travelbetween Goooseneck locations

Other duties related to sales processing and Store Admin functions may be assigned

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

Basic knowledge of office procedures.

Strong attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and complex paperwork efficiently.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues.

Ability to use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and internet functions.

High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.

Must have valid drivers license and clean driving record
