Our Accounting Office is expanding and were looking for a reliable and proactive Accounting Admin to join our family oriented environment.

Responsibilities
Process monthly parts payables accurately and on time
Order supplies for multiple departments and track usage
Stock vehicles into our CRM with complete and accurate information
Pay off liens on trade-in vehicles and ensure proper documentation
Sort and prepare deals for funding
Assist the accounting team with daily administrative tasks
Maintain organized records and support smooth workflow across departments
Communicate clearly with managers and vendors as needed
Qualifications
Basic accounting knowledge preferred
Dealership experience helpful but not required
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Friendly professional and dependable demeanor
Comfortable learning new systems and processes
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
