Job Summary
JOB SUMMARY: We are looking for a Receptionist to join our growing team! The right candidate will have strong communication skills an upbeat personality and enjoy customer day-to-day responsibilities will include answering the dealership phone greeting customers and scanning and filing service tickets. This position is 9:00am to 6:00pm Monday-Friday and Saturday 9:00am to 5:00pm when needed.

Responsibilities
- Answer dealership group phones greet and receive prospects and customers
- Direct customers to the correct department notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting and introduce the customer to the salesperson
- Work cooperatively with the sales and other internal teams
- Scanning and filing service tickets
- Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional friendly and efficient manner
- Other duties as assigned

- Professional appearance and eager to improve on all aspects
