The Recruiting Strategist partners closely with Talent Acquisition Partners (TAPs) to build and sustain strong proactive candidate pipelines. This role is responsible for strategic sourcing candidate engagement and market outreach to ensure a consistent flow of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
This position focuses on identifying talent before it is urgently needed engaging passive candidates and strengthening recruitment strategy through research outreach and data-driven insights.
