What youll do:
Demonstrated hands-on experience in commercial landscaping and sports construction including planting irrigation systems site layout soil placement and amendments grading and related site preparation activities.
Public works project experience preferred ideally within Washington State with a minimum of two years serving in a Foreman or crew leadership capacity.
Lead by example through clear professional communication and a positive solutions-oriented approach that fosters accountability and teamwork on site.
Supervise motivate and develop crew members to consistently meet daily production targets quality standards and safety expectations.
Plan coordinate and organize crew assignments and resources to ensure projects remain on schedule and within scope.
What you need for success:
Proven ability to prioritize tasks and execute work efficiently to meet project deadlines in a fast-paced construction environment.
Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Proficient in written and verbal English with the ability to clearly communicate instructions safety expectations and project updates to crew members and stakeholders.
