We are looking for a dynamic organized self-starter to join our Product Support and Logistics Division as a Lean Facilitator / EHS in Victoria TX.

PSLD is responsible for the worldwide distribution of Cat aftermarket parts integrated logistics and global service to develop and support our global dealer network and customers.

Job Summary:

  • The Lean Facilitator / EHS supports teaches and leads projects using Lean Six Sigma and project management methodologies to achieve business goals.

Additional Info:

  • This role is located in Victoria TX and does not offer relocation
  • This role is 1st shift
  • This role is 100% on-site with no opportunity for hybrid or remote schedules
  • This role requires up to 20% domestic travel

What You Will Do:

  • Leads Lean / Continuous Improvement initiatives programs while driving Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) to reduce risk eliminate waste improve processes and strengthen a culture of safety compliance and operational excellence. Assisting in employing Six Sigma methodology and analytics into organizational operations to meet business goals and objectives.
  • This role integrates regulatory compliance risk management and safety leadership with Lean Six Sigma and datadriven improvement methods to support business performance and employee wellbeing.
  • Supporting the design and development of Six Sigma program strategies and goals including supporting systems and tools for quality and business process improvements.
  • Providing assistance in the implementation of Sigma project portfolios to achieve measurable business process improvements.
  • Participating in planning developing and implementing Six Sigma projects to meet specific quality and performance standards.

What You Have (Required Skills):

  • Project Administration: Knowledge of project administration best practices and ability to use organizational strategies practices and tools for administering projects.
  • Analytical Thinking: Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems.
  • Process Improvement: Understanding and insight into evaluating current product quality and production methods and ability to maintains focus on the continuous improvement of processes products and services.
  • Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches tools techniques for recognizing anticipating and resolving organizational operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.

  • Demonstrated self starter attitude proven ability to make decisions for continuous improvements
  • Excellent problem solving ability to identify waste opportunities and propose solutions

$89210.00 - $133810.00
