We are seeking a Construction Superintendent to support our team at Ohno Construction. The Superintendent will be working from our Seattle Washington location.

What youll do:
Oversee day-to-day field operations for civil construction projects ensuring safe efficient and high-quality execution.
Lead and supervise field crews subcontractors and foremen to maintain productivity and meet project schedules.
Coordinate equipment materials and labor to ensure work progresses according to project plans and specifications.
Enforce site safety standards and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and all applicable jobsite requirements.
Manage Quality Control and Quality Assurance processes to ensure all work meets contract documents and owner expectations.
Collaborate with Project Managers to monitor schedules address field challenges and maintain cost control.
Serve as the on-site point of contact for owners architects inspectors and other stakeholders.
Maintain accurate daily reports site documentation and clear communication with internal leadership.
What you need for success:
Minimum 5 years of on-site civil construction experience as a Superintendent and/or Foreman.
Strong knowledge of construction methods equipment materials site safety and labor management practices.
Proven experience leading field operations while maintaining schedule quality and budget expectations.
Demonstrated Quality Control and Quality Assurance experience on civil or public works projects.
Ability to work at or near public school facilities and successfully complete required drug and fingerprint background checks.
OSHA 10- or 30-Hour certification preferred.
Basic computer proficiency including email communication and daily reporting.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively coordinate with subcontractors suppliers inspectors and internal leadership.
Ability to work under pressure prioritize tasks and resolve field challenges proactively.
Legally authorized to work in the United States.
