Job Summary
The Critical Care EMS Instructor is responsible for instructing various merit badge EMS courses depending on certification including: ACLS PALS TNCC and position will interact with pre-hospital providers (EMT-paramedics) as well as in-hospital providers (physicians residents nurses other allied health etc.). The position will assist the EMS Education Division as needed with the development and delivery of education.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Associates degree in any field
Experience: Minimum three (3) years work experience in a hospital critical care or EMS setting.
Licensure/ Registration/ Certification:
Current Minnesota or Wisconsin nurse certification/licensure required or paramedic
One of the following instructor certifications- BLS ACLS PALS TNCC ENPC.
