From market insight to contract your strategic impact
- Identify and pursue sales for Automation Bridge and Energy solutions
- Build and maintain relationships with yards owners and consultants
- Lead commercial processes from initial inquiry to final negotiation
- Collaborate with HQ experts to tailor systems to customer needs
- Manage budgets sales forecasts and long-term pipeline planning
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to ensure KMs leadership
- Promote lifecycle solutions and upgrades for the existing fleet
- Represent Kongsberg Maritime at key industry events and fairs

Your track record and the mindset to match
- Degree in Marine Engineering Electrical Engineering or Business
- Proven experience in technical sales within the maritime industry
- Strong understanding of maritime automation or power systems
- Ability to translate technical features into customer benefits
- Proactive mindset with high self-motivation and commercial drive
- Excellent communication skills in English and German
- Valid driving license and willingness for regional travel
