Job Summary

Overall 10 -12 years of experience in Hospital/ Lab areas

Strong understanding of clinical lab workflows diagnostic

operations turnaround time metrics and quality control.

Design and help developing integration architecture connecting

EMR/EHR systems (Epic Cerner Meditech Allscripts Athena etc.) with LIS platforms (Sunquest Orchard Clinisys SoftLab etc.).

Develop HL7 v2.x interface specifications including orders

(ORM) results (ORU) ADT specimen tracking and device data flows.

Support implementation of FHIRbased APIs for modern

interoperability models (orders observations diagnostics).

Architect and validate integration of lab analyzers

automation systems POCT devices and middleware

Strong hands-on experience with HL7 v2.x FHIR ASTM DICOM

(for pathology/imaging) POCT1A standards.

Deep understanding of EMR/LIS workflow for Orders Sample

Collection Accessioning QC Resulting Delta Checks AutoVerification and Result Delivery.

Excellent communication stakeholder management and

executivelevel presentation skills.

Experience with international markets (US Middle East UK APAC).
