Job Summary
PUMP SHOP SUPERVISOR
ROLE STATEMENT:
The Pump Shop Supervisor will be a member of the Maintenance Department responsible for maintaining the pump shop to ensure safe and efficient fluid end repair/replacement and readiness testing for equipment. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager and taking day-to-day direction from the Fracturing Manager and/or Coiled Tubing Department Supervisor the Pump Shop Supervisor will focus on providing maintenance and operational assistance including safely operating Class 1 units in the district yard ensuring adequate materials and supplies are available as well as adhering to all Calfrac HSE policies and procedures.

SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Responsible for coordination of removing/installing all required fluid ends and treating iron and rebuilding components
- Testing units after repairs have been completed as per District requirements
- Operate Class 1 units related to Fracturing Coiled Tubing and Transport service lines
- Drive Class 1 vehicles within the district yard and region in a safe manner when needed
- Assist with servicing and maintaining Calfrac equipment
- Assist with new hire onboarding and training initiatives including conducting shop and yard tours for OaTS
- Operate the forklift when required

- Basic mechanical aptitude
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Class 1 drivers license and satisfactory drivers abstract
- 5 years of experience working in oilfield services and specific service line experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Basic computer skills would be beneficial to this position (Microsoft Word and Excel
- Overhead crane certification will be an asset
- Fork Lift Certificate will be an asset
