Job Summary
National leading provider of general contracting and project management services for new store build-outs project rollouts renovations and retrofits seeking a top-notch superintendent with experience overseeing commercial retail renovation projects

Duties
- Lead in the management coordination and inspection of contractor work while project is in progress
- Compile and deliver daily project reports and procurement logs to the Director of Operations & Project Manager
- Supervise the completion of Punch List/Warranty items
Requirements
- Prior experience overseeing commercial construction projects (big box retail renovation projects preferred)
- Working knowledge of all crafts with an ability to read and understand specifications and plans for all trades
- Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft programs & Construction Management software
Details
- $2400 a week paid lodging
- Work commences in April 2026
- Project estimated to last 15-weeks with another project lined up after
- Day Shift
