Position Title: Manager Supply Chain Capital Upgrade Procurement
Location: Dallas Texas
Your Role
This is an opportunity to step into a high-impact leadership role within Digital Realtys Supply Chain & Procurement organization focused on driving value across capital upgrade initiatives. Youll lead strategic sourcing efforts partner closely with operations and engineering stakeholders and play a key role in strengthening supplier performance across critical data center infrastructure programs.
The role combines commercial strategy supplier leadership and operational execution giving you the chance to influence both day-to-day procurement activities and the longer-term supply chain roadmap.
What youll do
- Provide leadership in strategic sourcing to support Americas Operations aligning with key stakeholders to drive value through sourcing strategies and negotiations
- Develop and manage critical OEM supplier relationships improving performance in delivery quality and service
- Oversee procurement and supply chain activities for critical OFCI equipment supporting Data Center Operations
- Contribute to the development and execution of the Supply Chain & Procurement strategic plan
- Lead supplier business reviews and annual performance assessments
- Identify and support initiatives to improve procure-to-pay efficiency
- Support implementation of new technologies and tools across Supply Chain & Procurement
What youll need
- 5 years of experience in procurement supply chain or a related function (data center experience strongly preferred)
- Demonstrated success negotiating complex agreements and delivering measurable cost savings for technical or capital equipment
- Experience working with OEM suppliers and managing supplier performance
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Business Supply Chain or a related field
