Salary starting at $58000 annually Position Summary The Human Resources Generalist serves as a primary point of contact for employees and managers on day-to-day HR matters. This role partners closely with leaders to create and maintain job descriptions manage job postings and coordinate onboarding and weekly new hire orientations. The HR Generalist also provides backup support for core HR functions including benefits leaves of absence FMLA and workers compensation. Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Job Management - Partner with managers to create review and update job descriptions
- Post and maintain internal and external job postings
- Support recruitment and hiring documentation processes
- Become the subject matter expert for the UKG Ready Recruitment Module
Onboarding & Orientation - Coordinate the onboarding process for all new hires
- Conduct weekly new hire orientation sessions
- Ensure completion of required onboarding paperwork and system entry
Employee & Manager Support - Serve as the primary contact for HR questions via phone and email
- Provide guidance on HR policies procedures and general HR matters
- Route complex issues to HR leadership as appropriate
HR Operations & Backup Support - Provide backup support for benefits administration leaves of absence FMLA and workers compensation
- Perform other general HR duties as assigned
