- 1 years of experience in HR staffing recruiting administrative support employee relations or onboarding preferably in a high-volume or contingent workforce environment
- Foundational understanding of employment laws onboarding processes and HR documentation standards.
- Familiarity with HRIS ATS or timekeeping systems; experience with ADP or similar platforms is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and timeliness.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills with a customer service mindset.
- Ability to follow established workflows and escalate issues appropriately.
- Demonstrated professionalism discretion and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
