Are you a detail-oriented leader with a passion for ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and instrument sterilization Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking a dedicated Sterile Processing Supervisor to lead our AM shift team.

What Youll Do:

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the sterile processing department during the AM shift.
• Ensure compliance with infection control standards and regulatory requirements.
• Lead mentor and develop a team of sterile processing technicians.
• Collaborate with clinical and surgical staff to maintain high-quality service.
• Monitor inventory and equipment maintenance to support department needs.

What Is Available:

• 1.0 FTE
• Monday Friday Day Shift 6:30a-3:00p and be available for questions from staff off hours
• No weekends or holidays
• Location: La Crosse Wisconsin
• New Starting salary $54000 more for experience

What Youll Need:

• High School Diploma or Equivalency
• Either Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) or Certified Sterile Processing and Distribution Tech (CSPDT) within 6 months of hire
