Job Summary
Park Nicollet Clinics is seeking a full-time nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join our growing collaborative Primary Care team. Our Primary Care clinicians provide comprehensive services in health promotion screening diagnosis and disease management. The successful Clinician will play a vital role in supporting multiple clinics in the West Metro Champlin Maple Grove Minnetonka Plymouth Rogers and Wayzata. Minimum of 3 years of outpatient primary care clinician experience. No call no weekends.
