Inviting applications for the role of Manager - Supply Chain Systems
The Supply Chain Systems Analyst is responsible for the day-to-day support of MAO & WMS including running the balancing routines that identify if there is a MAO issue and answering MAO/order fulfilment emails from users. The Supply Chain Systems Analyst addresses order issues so that DC/Stores can fulfil the customers demand.
Responsibility
Create strategic/timely communication pieces (announcements tasks kits) and provide stores w Provide first level support to operational users regarding order fulfillment questions/issues.
Run MAO/WMS balancing routines and address issues found. Raise issues to management as necessary.
Monitor Manhattan Active Omni and Warehouse Management System reporting and addresses issues as necessary.
Assist with the testing and implementation of MANH Active Omni and Warehouse Management System upgrades and enhancements.
Provide input concerning needed/desired system functionality processes interfaces and enhancements.
Interact with operational users to answer questions and to ensure that they understand how to use the system to complete their job functions.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors Degree preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
Relevant years of experience in customer service helpdesk IT or administrative related field.
Experience with or knowledge of Order Management Logistics and/or Distribution Centre functions.
Strong analytical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to learn new things quickly and remember them well.
Knowledge of SQL and Microsoft Access.
Knowledge of Warehouse Management Software (Specifically WMiS or PKMS) and Distributed Order Management (DOM) and MANH Active Omni.
