- This position is time-limited due to the expected closure of this hotel property.
- Transfers to one of three other Biltmore Farms hotels may be available to hired associates in advance of the planned closure but are not guaranteed.

As a Houseperson you will
- Work side-by-side our Housekeeping team to ensure a spick-and-span facility
- Handle guest clean concerns and respond for resolution
- Be responsible for cleaning corridors guest areas parking lots and service areas
- Coordinate with our maintenance team for repairs
- Stock supplies
- Assist Housekeepers and the Front Desk in guest requests and deliveries
- Clean and tidy our restrooms
Essential Elements
The cleanliness of our facilities of the utmost importance at our hotels. It takes a team of dedicated individuals to accomplish this every day and as the Porter/Houseperson you are a huge part of our clean team. Successful candidates must be strong team players. At least one year of experience in hotel housekeeping a plus.
Education & Experience:
No formal education is required. High school diploma or equivalent and previous housekeeping or professional cleaning experience is preferred. Knowledge of standard cleaning techniques and hospitality industry standards is a plus.
Physical:
Must be able to perform physical tasks associated with housekeeping including ability to lift push and pull up to 35 pounds; stand and walk for extended periods; and frequently bend stoop and reach. Must have strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to work with cleaning products.
