Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President Accounts Payable SDL!!
In this role the incumbent should have relevant accounting experience and a sound knowledge of end-to-end accounts payable process. The incumbent should have managed a team size of 90 people and will be encouraged to work on deadlines in a high-pressure business environment while being a good standout colleague.
Responsibilities
As a project lead you will be responsible for PTP operations team Work on Multiple ERP Systems and Manual Intensive nature of Work
Work closely with the service line and capability leaders to understand current spectrum of digital assets and solutions understand the broader industry context landscape market insights and client demand to build offerings and setup the advisory services
Goals of this leader will include delivering Committed Productivity to clients along with large scale Ops Transformation agenda including Business impact on customers outcome metrics like growth cash income and Gain share for the value delivered on such outcome metrics.
Responsible for completing all activities within agreed time and of the highest quality and ensure metrics are met as per agreed KPIs / SLAs targets as applicable.
Sound knowledge of the R2R aspects like Inter-co accounting Fixed Assets accounting Bank and balance sheet recons Month end close aspects Accruals amortizations financials submission in Fin.
Ensure all month-end activities are completed within agreed time and of the highest quality and ensure metrics are met as per agreed critical metrics / SLAs targets as applicable.
Handling internal & External Audits: Support Ops Compliance / Surveillance teams to ensure zero audit observations and findings. Extensively involved in building MAPs Management action plans wherever required and applicable. This needs outstanding governance in checking for policy and practice adherence
Demonstrate lean six sigma framework to drive continuous performance improvement and drive transformation agenda
Must be able to work with cross functional teams like Operations GPO Digital team Transformation team Transitions team etc.
Accountable for client happiness and successful external & internal audits
Be open to work in any shift as per the business requirement
Continuously improving domain expertise in content moderation area being supported sufficient to become a trusted advisor to the client. Further developing technical skills new product updates
Bring in deep domain knowledge in Trust and Safety in solutions crafting up value propositions in line with Client Objective with robust commercial and operating models with the right levels of differentiation

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualifications
B. Com Graduations (MBA / CA Finance preferred)
Preferred qualifications
Proven experience in PTP domain
Very good written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in MS Office applications especially in MS excel
Good analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to handle team and client discussions
