Role Overview
As Director Rack Deployment Operations you will own global execution of rack deployment programs that directly enable capacity growth. This role is accountable for delivery velocity quality safety and schedule certainty across regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct multidisciplinary teams through rack deployment lifecycle: planning installation turnover and operational readiness.
- Define KPIs and executive reporting for deployment throughput quality and defect reduction.
- Own vendor logistics and supply chain relationships to ensure consistent material availability and execution.
- Identify and mitigate deployment risks schedule conflicts and systemic delays.
- Standardize deployment processes to improve repeatability and scale.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position.
