Job Summary
The Faith Community Nurse is a health educator personal health counselor referral source coordinator of volunteers health advocate and integrator of faith/health relationship working with individuals families and groups throughout all stages of life and socio-economic levels in faith communities. This position will be at St. Andrews Church in Mahtomedi.
Work Schedule: Casual Flexible
Required Qualifications:
- Associates degree in Nursing
- Licensed as a RN by Minnesota Board of Nursing or has a Wisconsin RN License and Minnesota Boarder State Registry
- 3-5 years of nursing experience
- Understanding of mind body and spirit and how it interrelates to health and wellness
Preferred Qualifications:
- Faith Community Nurse Foundations Course
- Current WI RN license
- Med/Surg and/or community health nursing experience
