Customer Logistics Manager

Essity is looking for a Customer Logistics Manager to lead the endtoend supply chain for our Health & Medical business in Chile. This role ensures product availability while optimizing cost efficiency inventory health service levels and compliance for medical device distribution.

About the Role

As Customer Logistics Manager you will lead the teams responsible for Planning Inbound Logistics Distribution and Customer Service while driving the S&OP process.

You will have a direct and strategic impact on the local business performance operational continuity and connection to regional and global supply networks.

Indefinite contract is offered. We are located in Lampa Santiago de Chile.

Lead Planning Inbound Logistics Warehousing & Distribution services and Customer Service functions.

Drive the S&OP process ensuring demand accuracy and supply reliability.

Ensure superior service levels (Fill Rate OTIF) while optimizing inventory and minimizing SLOB risks.

Manage endtoend logistics costs and their impact on the business P&L.

Build coach and develop a highperforming team fostering collaboration and a growth mindset.

Who You Are

Industrial Engineer or similar background.

At least 5 years of experience in Supply Chain leadership roles within Healthcare Medical Devices or regulated industries in multinational companies.

Strong analytical mindset business acumen and ability to work crossfunctionally.

Experience leading multicultural teams.

English Language skills are a must.

Knowledge of ISO 13485 and regulatory frameworks for medical products (desirable/strongly preferred).

Experience with ERP systems Master Data Business Intelligence tools and planning systems.
