Job Description:
ROLE PURPOSE
The Analytics Associate is responsible for the implementation of standardized reporting dashboards across the Dentsu Media client portfolio including support on the clients analytics setup tools. A Data Analyst is expected to work diligently to meet our clients data needs and assist across data on-boarding and integration reporting measurement advanced analytics insight development forecasting and partner identification.
This position is for the Offshore Team of Dentsu Argentina and works for teams located in Dentsus agencies in other countries. Has a local support team that leads the integration and relationship with the other members of the Offshore Team in Argentina.
TASKS AND RESPONSABILITIES
Understand individual client needs so you can help them be successful in their roles; ensure clients have the necessary information and materials they need to do their jobs well.
Work to develop a solid understanding of the clients business with emphasis on your area of responsibility.
Assists the Data Analytics Lead on client deliverables from a consumer data or performance perspective.
Implementation of (standardized) dashboards in data visualization platforms.
Scoping out and implementing conversion tracking setups for various digital platforms such as Google Marketing Platform products (Google Analytics Google Ads Google Tag Manager Campaign Manager) and Facebook Ads (Facebook Pixel).
Troubleshoot investigate and QA discrepancies between ad platforms supporting ad hoc requests.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders especially regarding analytics implementation tasks.
Develop good presentation skills.
Meet commitments and complete tasks within agreed timeframes.

As part of the Offshore Team of Dentsu Argentina you must actively participate in the weekly virtual networking meetings with other members of the Argentina offshore team.
You must also participate in the Offshore Teams peer-to-peer engagement activities held periodically in our Buenos Aires offices except for those who are not located in that city.
QUALIFICATIONS
0 - 1 year of experience in the field of digital analytics in an advertising agency or management consultancy.
Knowledge of reporting using data visualization tools such as Google Data Studio Tableau or Power BI for internal and external reporting.
Grasp of the Google Marketing Platform (especially Google Analytics/Google Tag Manager) and Google Cloud Platform ecosystem and how it various tools interact across the Google stack.
Understanding of data warehousing and ETL techniques (preferably through Adverity) would be desirable.
Interested in learning about SQL Python.
Experience working with business applications; MS Office Suite (Excel Power Point Word Outlook Teams).
Highly analytic with problem solving skills. Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
Basic understanding of the Digital Media landscape.
Able to work in high pressure environment and resolve client issues.
Able to work collaboratively across teams.
