Description

As aLead Manufacturing Technicianhere at Honeywell you will play a crucial role in overseeing manufacturing operations ensuring that processes run smoothly and efficiently while maintaining the highest quality standards. Your expertise will be vital in leading a team of technicians optimizing production schedules and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

You will report directly to our Manufacturing Manager and youll work out of our Minneapolis MN location on an On-site work schedule.

In this role you will impact the overall efficiency and productivity of our manufacturing operations ensuring that we meet customer demands and maintain our commitment to quality and safety.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and mentor a team of manufacturing technicians fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Oversee daily manufacturing operations ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Implement process improvements and optimize production schedules to enhance efficiency and productivity.

The annual base salary range for this position is Min 70000 - Max 90000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position the candidates work experience education and training key skills as well as market and business considerations.

Must be a U.S. Citizen due to contractual requirements.

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Proven experience in a manufacturing environment with a focus on leadership and team management.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control principles.
  • Experience with process optimization and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Proficiency in using manufacturing software and tools relevant to the role.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
  • 5 years of experience in manufacturing with a focus on leadership roles.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
