Pay Range
$38.20 - $57.30This position is Sign-on Bonus eligible and qualifies for a $20000 signon bonus provided the candidate meets eligibility requirements!
Where You Will Work:
Join our 24bed Oncology Rehabilitation Unit on the 5th floor at Carolinas Rehabilitation Charlotte where we provide specialized interdisciplinary care to patients recovering from cancerrelated conditions and complex medical needs. Our CARFaccredited program features private rooms inroom dialysis capability LVADtrained staff and robust support from an expert team including physiatrists therapists RNs HCTs social workers and respiratory therapy and pharmacy. With strong clinical leadership collaborative teamwork and a focus on evidencebased oncology rehabilitation our unit offers a rewarding environment for nurses passionate about delivering highquality compassionate care.
Were Looking For:
Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
What Youll Do:
As a skilled and compassionate RN you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe therapeutic care in accordance with established standards policies and evidence-based practice clinical decision making compassion and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
