We are seeking a skilled CNC Maintenance Technician who has strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities including experience working with 480V electrical systems. This role ensures that CNC machines and related production equipment remain in optimal operating condition through preventative maintenance repairs and continuous improvement ResponsibilitiesPerform preventative and corrective maintenance on CNC machines (mills lathes routers grinders etc.)Troubleshoot and repair mechanical electrical pneumatic and hydraulic issuesWork safely with 480V electrical systems wiring motors control panels and power distributionDiagnose and repair CNC control systems such as Fanuc Haas Siemens Mazak or othersMaintain and repair servo motors drives PLC components sensors and machine controllersConduct machine alignments calibrations and accuracy checksInspect and replace worn or damaged partsDocument all repairs maintenance activities and parts usageRead and interpret electrical schematics wiring diagrams mechanical blueprints and technical manualsSupport installation and startup of new CNC machines or equipmentWork closely with production teams to minimize downtime and improve machine reliabilityFollow all safety regulations related to electrical work and heavy machineryQualifications3 years of experience in CNC machine maintenance or industrial maintenanceStrong knowledge of 480V electrical systems and industrial electrical troubleshootingExperience with CNC controls (Fanuc Haas Siemens Mazak etc.)Ability to diagnose mechanical electrical and control-related failuresProficient in reading electrical schematics and mechanical drawingsKnowledge of PLC troubleshooting (Allen Bradley or similar) is a plusFamiliarity with hydraulics pneumatics and servo systemsAbility to use precision measuring tools (calipers indicators micrometers)Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environmentWork Environment & Physical RequirementsStanding bending and lifting up to 50 lbsWorking around industrial equipment machinery and electrical systemsUse of PPE as requiredPreferred Certifications (Not Required)Electrical Technician CertificateIndustrial Maintenance or Mechatronics CertificationOSHA 10 or OSHA 30CNC Manufacturer training (Haas Fanuc Mazak etc.)
