Job Summary
The Maintenance Helper will support daily maintenance operations ensuring that facilities equipment and workspaces remain in optimal condition. This role requires reliability strong work ethic and the ability to collaborate effectively with supervisors and team members. The ideal candidate is proactive organized and committed to maintaining high safety and operational standards.
Responsibilities
Assist with routine maintenance and repair tasks across the facility
Support inspections of equipment and report any issues promptly
Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas
Assist in minor plumbing electrical carpentry or mechanical tasks as needed
Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times
Coordinate with team members to complete assigned projects efficiently
Handle basic tools and equipment responsibly
Qualifications :
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Ability to follow instructions and work independently when required
Physical capability to lift move and handle maintenance materials
Basic knowledge of tools and general repair techniques
Dependable punctual and team-oriented
Willingness to learn and develop technical skills
