About the Role
Operate and support a fastpaced production line machine or palletizer to help create highquality hygiene products. Youll follow clear specifications and SOPs while keeping the line running smoothly and efficiently. As a key part of the shift team youll play a handson role in driving strong machine performance and delivering great results.
Schedule:This role operates on a dynamic 12hour rotating shift schedule from 7AM to 7PM
What You Will Do
An Employee with uncompromised commitment to our I Care journey which ensures a safe healthy and sustainable work environment.
Works within Essity safety standards with responsibility for personal and others safety
Run and monitor your machine to keep production flowing making adjustments as needed using Essity Continuous Improvement Systems.
Work closely with your Team Leader and skilled operators whenever support or guidance is needed.
Prepare and load raw materials or finished products for palletizing following our Standard Operating Procedures.
Maintain strong communication with both the previous and next shift as well as all team members involved in running the machine.
Keep your work area clean organized and safe at all times.
Support teammates with operating tasks and contribute to a smooth efficient production flow.
Ensure top-notch product quality by performing regular checks and rejecting or blocking items that dont meet specifications.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
Accurately complete all required production documentation and data logs.
Who You Are
Junior High High School Diploma or equivalent (not but preferred).
Entry-level experience - 0-1 year of experience in a production or manufacturing environment or no prior experience but a willingness to learn.
Attention to detail
Strong communication problem-solving and time-management skills
Basic mathematical computer literacy skills
Able to perform regular physical tasks such as lifting standing pushing pulling squatting bending and reaching.
Quick learner
Must be flexible with working hours

Compensation and Benefits:
Starting pay: $19.53 per hour full benefits.
Compensation increases after successful completion of on-the-job training.
