Job Summary
Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Scrum events and ensure effective communication within the team
- Guide and coach the Scrum team on Agile practices and principles
- Remove any impediments or obstacles that are hindering the teams progress
- Track and team progress using Agile tools
- Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize tasks and deliverables
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar certification
- Demonstrated experience in Agile methodologies
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Desired Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Scrum Master role
- Experience working with remote teams
- Knowledge of financial industry practices
