Job Summary

Provides leadership for day-to-day on-site NCRC-U operations. Responsible for managing scope cost schedule internal staffing and outside vendors and contractual deliverables. Directly interfaces with the government customers and communicates objectives directions and guidance to the Contractor team. Manages academic engagement portfolio.

Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in computer science or a related science engineering or mathematics field with corresponding experience and demonstrated mastery of relevant computer science topics
  • 7 years of related proven experience in program management overseeing workforce development and curriculum delivery projects
  • Industry project management certification(s)
  • Communicates effectively and accurately conveys status and identifies assesses and communicates risks
  • Superior oral communication skills including the ability to project confidence and enthusiasm in the following core areas: formal presentations; effectively communicating mission to enterprise and external partners; solicit intern interest; ability to express technical ideas to stakeholders and senior decision makers
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Skilled at inferring requirements or desirable attributes for Innovation Challenge project implementation
  • Intermediate experience working with university grant and research offices to implement contractual agreements

Desired Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in computer science or a related science engineering mathematics or business field with corresponding experience and demonstrated mastery of relevant computer science topics
  • 15 years of related proven experience in program management
  • Experience managing portfolio of related efforts and projects
  • Experience presenting information to and communicating with enterprise and external stakeholders
