As a Customer Service Representative you are the first point of contact for our customers in Venlo. You ensure that inquiries orders and complaints related to storage and transport are handled accurately. You contribute to a smooth operation of processes. Youre on it.
How do you do this By applying your knowledge of operational and logistical processes to ensure the correct data and planning are available for incoming goods order processing and outgoing shipments within our warehouse.
